sliding bushing • DU bushings
These bushings are located in the shock absorber eyes and serve as plain bearings. When the suspension is compressed, they absorb pivoting movements, and durability and smooth running play a major role. Worn plain bushings should be replaced in good time, otherwise they can damage the axle kit and cause it to fail.
